I’ve spent more than a decade caring for children inside private, high-level homes, from the first newborn nights through infancy and the toddler years. I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Postpartum Doula, CPST, and BLS/CPR certified, with extensive experience caring for twins and multiples.

I know how to enter a family’s world without disrupting it, maintain discretion, exercise good judgment, and earn genuine trust from both children and parents through dependable consistency.

I DON’T NEED TRAINING

The best support should remove something from your plate, not give you another person to show the ropes or oversee.

I quickly and continuously learn the household, anticipate what needs to happen next, communicate what matters, and handle what falls within my expertise without requiring constant direction. I’m comfortable stepping into established routines, seasonal schedules, working alongside other household professionals, traveling with families, and adapting when everything changes.

When I’m in your home, you should be able to go live your life knowing things are handled.

THROUGH EVERY STAGE

Newborn care is different from caring for a six-month-old. A six-month-old needs something entirely different at eighteen months. That’s exactly why my experience extends beyond the newborn stage.

As your child grows, I’m paying attention to what comes next: feeding, sleep, development, routines, safety, mobility, play, independence, and the million little changes in between. I’ll share what I know, answer questions when you want my perspective, and adjust my care to the child in front of me.

Because the person you trust during those first few weeks can still be the person you trust long after them.

How I Support Las Vegas Families

I’VE GOT THE DAY.

Workday, game day, travel day, or one of those rare days when there’s absolutely nothing on the calendar, your child’s day still keeps moving.

I step in already knowing what needs to happen. Feeding, naps, bottles, play, outings, developmental activities, baby laundry, nursery resets, and the thousand little things that keep a baby or young child’s day running well.

I’m comfortable with schedules that change, days that run long, and households where plans don’t always fit neatly into Monday through Friday.

You handle your day. I’ll handle theirs.

I’VE GOT THE NIGHT, TOO

You have an early call time. A flight tomorrow. Training. Meetings. Or maybe you just want a full night’s sleep for the first time since you brought your baby home.

Hit the pillow! I’ve got this covered.

I manage feeds, diapering, soothing, settling, bottle care, and tracking throughout the night, while paying attention to the patterns that actually matter. By morning, bottles are reset, notes are ready, and you know what happened without having to experience every wake-up yourself.

Whatever tomorrow has on the schedule, you shouldn’t have to show up running on empty.

I KNOW BABIES WELL.

You’re allowed to have questions. I’m supposed to have answers.

I’ve spent years professionally caring for newborns and infants, including twins and multiples, and I pair that hands-on experience with emotional intelligence to operate at high levels in private homes.

I know feeding and bottle mechanics. I know newborn cues, soothing, sleep and safety. I know what’s typical, what deserves a closer look, and when the right answer is calling your pediatrician instead of pretending something falls within my scope.

And because I’ve cared for children well beyond the newborn stage, I’m not only thinking about tonight. I understand what comes next.

You can be new at this. I’m not.

  • Yes. I have extensive experience working inside high-level family homes where discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and good judgment are expected. I’m comfortable working alongside household staff, traveling with families, maintaining child security, and adapting to schedules that don’t always look like a traditional 9–5.

    Your family’s privacy stays exactly that: private.

  • Ideally? You sleeping. 😂

    While you’re in bed, I’m handling the baby care your feeding plan allows — feeds, bottles, burping, diapers, soothing, settling, safe sleep, pump parts, and all the little overnight resets that make 3 a.m. feel a lot less chaotic.

    If you’re breastfeeding, I’ll bring baby to you when needed and take over again afterward so you can get back to sleep.

    And in the morning, you’ll know what happened overnight: when baby ate, slept, had diapers, what worked well, and anything I noticed that’s worth keeping an eye on.

  • I provide private nanny and newborn care throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Summerlin, The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, Southern Highlands, Henderson, Green Valley, MacDonald Highlands, and surrounding communities.

    Travel care is also available for families who need continuity of care away from home.

    Twins are actually one of the areas I’m especially comfortable in. Two babies means twice the feeding, diapers, cues, logistics, and tiny people with completely separate personalities — not simply one newborn routine copied and pasted twice.

    I can help you find systems that actually work for your two babies and your household, while making sure both parents feel confident caring for them without needing four extra hands forever.

  • For newborn care, earlier is always better. Many families reach out during pregnancy so support is already in place before baby arrives. Nanny care can sometimes be arranged on a shorter timeline depending on my availability. If you know you’ll want support, reach out. We can figure out the exact schedule from there.
